Includes Lunch, Putt-Putt Fees, 2 Drink Tickets.
Scores calculated by adding each individual team’s player’s score to the team total.
Ties will be decided by a sudden death Putt-Off

Hole Sponsor: $75
Sponsors may man their assigned hole; provide food, drinks, and or promotional items. Also includes 1 person entry fee and 2 drink tickets.
Refreshment Sponsor: $50
Sponsors name will be displayed prominently at the Lunch and Awards ceremony.
Awards Sponsor: $100
Sponsors sign will be displayed at Awards ceremony. Prizes awarded to top 3 teams.
