Jerry W. Sullivan is an "AV Preeminent" rated attorney, and is an experienced litigator and advocate. He is a founding member of SDS. Jerry graduated with high honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Loyola Law School in 1985, earning the highest GPA in his common law class. While in law school, he also served on the law review. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Sullivan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Peter H. Beer of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Mr. Sullivan practices in the fields of insurance defense, health club law, administrative law, corporate governance, ethics compliance, and commercial litigation. Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice law in the jurisdictions of Louisiana and Florida and is further licensed to practice before both federal and state courts in both jurisdictions. Jerry is very active in Church and community activities and is an avid long distance runner, completing hundreds of marathons, 50 kilometer, 50 mile, and 100-mile races throughout the United States and Canada.
